Campbell B. Lanier

ABOUT
Campbell B. Lanier, III is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ITC Holding Company, LLC, a diversified holding company headquartered in West Point, Georgia. His investment activities span more than 30 years and have focused on early stage investments in communications, technology, financial services, restaurant management solutions, and canine detection services.
He has served as a director of ITC since the company’s inception in 1989 as a corporation. He currently serves as Senior Director of Kinetic Ventures, a leading venture capital investor in high growth information, communications, and power/clean technology companies. Mr. Lanier also serves as General Partner for ITC Partners Fund I, LP, an early stage investor in high growth technology and services companies; Chairman and CEO of Magnolia Holding Company, an investor in online restaurant equipment, supply and service companies; and former Chairman or Director of numerous portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Interstate Communications (Telecom*USA), which was acquired by MCI for $1.2 billion in 1990. Mr. Lanier was the founding investor and Chairman of Powertel (now T-Mobile), which was acquired by Deutsche Telecom for $4.2 billion in 2000. He was also the founding investor for Mindspring, which was valued at $1 billion at the time of its merger with Earthlink, as well as the founding investor of ITC^DeltaCom, InterCall, Knology and Firethorn. He has previously served as Managing Director of South Atlantic Private Equity Fund, IV, Limited Partnership.

David is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of telecom experience who currently serves as President of ITC Holding Company. Prior to joining ITC, he was founder and CEO of Notora LLC. Notora is a services company that specializes in small cell and distributed antenna system networks for cellular, public safety, and private LTE technologies. David sold Notora to Centerline Communications in 2019 and stayed on as CEO until 2021. Before Notora, David was a co-founder and General Manager of Connectivity Wireless where he grew the business from start-up to over 200 employees and 9 offices across the country. David has also served in various engineering and operations roles with mobile network operators (MNO) including Sprint, Nextel, and Powertel.

More than 35 years experience in corporate finance and accounting, including operation of public companies, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. In his early career, spent 10 years in international finance and accounting with both Siemens and Schlumberger. For the past 20 years served in various capacities within the ITC family of companies, including Vice President, Controller of Powertel, Controller of InterCall, Chief Financial Officer of ITC Financial Services, Magnolia Holding Company, ITC Capital Partners, and ITC Partners Fund. Tim is a retired officer from the United States Army (Reserve).
ABOUT
Greg serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Lanier Family Office. In addition, he is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Talon Aerolytics, Inc. a data capture and analysis company. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Intercall (telecommunications), and Corporate Controller for Paging Networks (PageNet) (telecommunications). Greg began his financial career with General Electric, completed their Financial Management Program (FMP) and held various positions covering eight years. Greg sits on the board for Gamelink Holdings LLC and Studentbridge LLC. He is also General Partner for WAVE Investments (QP) LP.
